and the project of building this web site. It's a place to network, exchange ideas and views, and get
to know one another.

The mailing list is hosted on YahooGroups at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/sa-stc . If you don't have a YahooID, then you can subscribe by sending an email to sa-stc-subscribe.at.yahoogroups.com. However, while this method enables you to post and receive messages from the list you cannot access the YahooGroup features of the forum.
